Refund policy

We try our best to get your order out the door in a day or two. Sometimes life happens and this may be delayed due to high volume of orders or shortages. We will keep you posted if this occurs.

When your order arrives, check it out to make sure its correct. If not let us know right away so we can fix this. When washing your fabrics for the first time, wash separately in cold water to prevent colour transfer. Darker colours do require multiple washes. We do offer a 7 day return policy on new, unused, unwashed material, the buyer is responsible in sending it back. Any materials that have been washed/used are non-refundable.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unused/unopened/uncut/unwashed fabric/notions/machines. Buyer is responsible for:
- Contact BRF within 7 days of receiving the item to request a refund
- Contact BRF FIRST before returning any item
- Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
- Inform BRF of the returning tracking number

After BRF has received the returned item and has completed an inspection, the refund will be given for the product only.  The shipping cost will not be refunded.  A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
